Ohio State Weather Forecast (Forecaster Jepson)

Well, I cannot lie: my weather reports have only produced a 25% winning
percentage. However, the 'Cats are playing .500 ball when I give the
weather report and it's a home game, and 100% when the students are
there! So here goes:

Well, it's now October in Chicago. Thus, in a matter of hours, we will
be up to our waists in snow, which will remain until spring quarter. At
the same time, there is a large mass of air saturated with upset that is
making it's way to the Chicago area. This upset will precipitate in
said snow, which will hopelessly bury the Buckeyes so they cannot take
root and grow until the snow melts.

Go 'Cats!
